Early Registration Deadline

Registration Fee

The deadline for early registration was November 12.
The deadline for late registration is December 5.

The registration fee covers 1 proceeding, 1 reception, 1 banquet, and 3 lunches.

Payment

You may choose one of the two methods: by credit card (early or on-site registration) or by cash (on-site registration).

For late registration, you have to fill out the APLAS 2009 / ASIAN 2009 Registration Form and fax the completed form to ROSAEC Center in Seoul National University:

Visa or Master are accepted.

For on-site registration, you can also use cash only in Korean Won.

The receipt for the registration fee will be provided on-site at the registration desk.

Confirmation

When you fax us your order, we process your credit card. If the credit card charge is successful, we will email you a confirmation letter immediately. If the credit card transaction is unsuccessful, we will promptly let you know via email.

Confidentiality

Data that you provide to this symposium will not be distributed to anyone without your permission. You will be asked if you are willing to have your name, affiliation and email address included in the symposium attendee list. The APLAS 2009 organizers may use the attendee list to notify you of future APLAS or similiar academic activities.
